Is it natural?

From the very first steps of our business such as the making of the beehives, we use spare pine and maple wood to build a natural habitat for our friendly hard workers.

We use absolutely zero sprays, pesticides or sugars in our bees and products.

Whats the difference between set and raw honey?

In raw natural honey, 'set' or 'runny' is just about the sugar content. One isn't more natural or 'pure' than the other. Every batch of honey from each hives is different. Some sets within days of harvesting; some never sets.

The honey setting is called crystallised which means the natural sugar makes it become more stiff and crystal like.

Whats the difference between honey and pollen?

Honey is the nectar sucked up by a bee with its proboscis (tongue), whilst pollen is the yellow powder that sticks to the bees legs.

Whilst both classed as a superfood, there is higher nutritional value in pollen compared to honey as it is loaded with way more vitamins and phenolic compounds, and has essential amino acids.

How do I take pollen?

You can take it plain without anything to taste the incredible hard worked flavours. - Up to 1 tablespoon per day recommended.

Or you can take it as food toppings/additions as listed under 'what can i put my pollen on'.

YES! :)

Why use a wooden spoon?

Honey is an organic acid which has a pH level of 3.2 to 4.5. As tested it is okay to use a metal spoon to take out honey, however, it is not suggested to leave any sort of metal in honey as it will react and break down metal parts into the honey.
